Together, we’ll dive into strategies for creating musical growth every day through purposeful planning, rehearsal techniques, and student-centered teaching that moves learners from simple compliance to genuine passion and ownership. We’ll also explore how to “lead from below” within your school and community, strengthening advocacy and support for your program while empowering student leaders to shape culture from within.

Participants will leave with immediately usable resources, including solutions for forgotten instruments, ideas for building student leadership, strategies for engaging parents and communities, and practical “tools of the trade” that make a lasting difference.
